<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein in order to inspect a long object, the length of a diffusion plate becomes unavoidably large, diffusion lenses are required to be joined together for use, and the joint of the diffusion plate causes large light quantity variation, and an accurate inspection apparatus cannot be provided, and to solve the problem, wherein although a long diffusion plate can be custom-manufactured, a weak point exists where the plate becomes very expensive. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of chip-like LEDs are arranged at equal intervals, condenser lenses are arranged on the plurality of chip-like LEDs, a plurality of diffusion plates having a joint cut in a hook shape are attached thereon, and the videos from the diffusion plates each of which has the joint cut in the hook shape are photographed by at least one or more cameras.
