LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing light leakage on black display and precisely forming an electrode in a reflection region.

SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device has the reflection region at least corresponding to a reflection plate formation part in a unit pixel and the reflection region is driven with an in-plane switching mode and a normally white mode. A driving electrode for forming an electric field over a liquid crystal layer on the reflection region is disposed via an insulating film on the reflection plate by using a non-transparent electric conductor.
