<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet with improved water stop performance by preventing a gap between a cable or a hose piercing through the grommet and a guiding tube provided on the grommet. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet includes an inner cylinder piercing so that electric wires of a wire harness can be closely attached, and a diameter enhancing outer cylinder coupled to the inner cylinder and having a car body locking recess annularly provided on the outer circumferential surface of the large-diameter side. The grommet is configured so that a first through-hole of a wire material is provided on the outer cylinder, a guiding outer tube and a guiding inner tube respectively protruding outside and inside from the circumferential edge of the first through-hole are provided so as to communicate like a straight tube, the inner diameter of the guiding outer tube is made to be the same as the outer diameter of the wiring material so as to allow the guiding outer tube to pierce in a sealing state, a sealing wall with a piercing hole having the same diameter as the outer diameter of the wire material is provided from one part of the inner surface of the guiding inner tube, the wire material pierces through the piercing hole of the sealing wall, and the wire material piercing from the guiding inner tube to the guiding outer tube through the piercing hole is sealed at two points at predetermined intervals and supported. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
