<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system for easily managing the delivery of in-house mail by using an electric pen. <P>SOLUTION: In a delivery management system 100, a sender user writes information on a recipient user on an envelope 3 for an electronic pen by using an electronic pen 10a. A server 5 specifies a recipient user ID by acquiring sender description information from the electronic pen 10a through terminal equipment 25a. Furthermore, the server 5 specifies the mail address of the recipient user by referring to user information based on the recipient user ID. Then, the server 5 transmits information on the delivery to a specific mail address as delivery mail.
