<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device for a vehicle capable of preventing or restraining intrusion of water, etc. to the inside of a specular angle adjusting means without providing a special waterproofing structure. Consequently, it is possible to mold the holding piece 100 without forming a through-hole on the bottom wall 66 in the neighborhood of the holding piece 100. Accordingly, it is possible to partition the inside and the outside of a housing 52 on the bottom wall 66 in the circumference of the holding piece 100, and it is possible to prevent or restrain intrusion of water, etc. to the inside of the housing 52 without providing the special waterproofing structure in the neighborhood of the holding piece 100.
