PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle system in which, when a communication apparatus and a control device that performs driving support or the like are connected via a transmission line, the control device can accurately estimate a time to transmit data from the communication apparatus to a road-side unit. SOLUTION: After the lapse of a wait time of 250 ms from the transmission end of uplink information successfully transmitted to a road-side unit, an optical beacon receiver initiates data transmission processing for transmitting data based on downlink information received from the road-side unit to a navigation system as a plurality of packets. On the basis of a reception end time of the first received packet, a time required for receiving the packet and a wait time of 250 ms, the navigation system estimates a transmission time of uplink information successfully transmitted to the road-side unit (S330).
