PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure between a foundation of a structure and a pile head, capable of attaining both improvement in rigidity and strength to compression axial force and reduction in bending rigidity to bending moment, a construction method thereof, and a joint method between the pile and the foundation. SOLUTION: The joint structure comprises: a connecting part 30 which is smaller in planar shape than a concrete pile 10 and connects the center of the upper surface of the concrete pile 10 to a footing 20; and plates 40 laminated to be vertically separable, the plate surrounding the circumference of the connecting part 30 and being closely interposed between the concrete pile 10 and the footing 20.
