<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional flower bed device easy to arrange and manage plants, and to provide a method for forming a three-dimensional flower bed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This three-dimensional flower bed device includes a fundamental structure which is formed into a desired three-dimensional shape, and is set with a plurality of holes for detachably holding a pot-shaped member, on the surface of the three-dimensional surface, and is formed by introducing the pot-shaped member for grasping plants into the holes. The pot-shaped member can be divided into a plurality of parts, and is formed so as to grasp plants in a condition of combining a plurality of the parts, and is retained in a condition of combining a plurality of the parts by attaching a holding member. As a result, it is easy to grasp plants with the pot-shaped member, and easy to introduce the pot-shaped member grasping plants into the fundamental structure so as to easily form the three-dimensional flower bed.
