Disclosed is an inertial sensor device comprising a circuit board and an inertial sensor element arranged on the circuit board. A group of terminals electrically connected with a group of external electrodes of an inertial sensor element is provided at a first side section of the circuit board. By this construction, even though the arrangement of the group of external electrodes in the inertial sensor element is different for each component manufacturer, a construction is adopted in which the group of terminals is arranged in a row in a first side section on the circuit board, so that compatibility of the inertial sensor device can be improved.
