<p>The liquid fuel burner (10) has a porous burner tube (12) and the pores present in the burner tube, where the pores form air channel (16) by which burner air flows through. The supply of burner air into the burner tube takes places only through the pores forming air channel. The burner tube consists of a sintered material, foamed material or textile fabric. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a liquid fuel burner.</p>
