PURPOSE: A one-way ratchet clutch and a driving device of a bicycle using the same are provided to maintain a pedal in a pause state as rolling a rear wheel during backing even when using a seesaw rotation power generator. CONSTITUTION: The one-way ratchet clutch comprises an inner wheel(51), an outer wheel(53), a ratchet(54), a pawl(55), and a center wheel(45a). The ratchet is formed in an inner surface of the outer wheel. The pawl is arranged in the inner wheel. In the center wheel, one end of the pawl hangs on ratchet during forward rotation. The one end of the pawl does not hang on the ratchet during backward rotation. |
