PURPOSE: A gas feeding valve and a parts conveying apparatus are provided, which can delay or restrain starting delay of the gas supply by lowering air-flow resistance. CONSTITUTION: A gas feeding valve comprises a gas inflow passage(11c), a valve cylinder(12), a valve body(15), gas outflow passages(12c,11g), a piezoelectric actuator(19), and ventilation passages(12e,12f). The inlet opening(11e) of the gas inflow passage faces the inside of the valve cylinder. The closing unit(15a) of the valve body opens and closes the inlet opening inside the valve cylinder. The gas outflow passage facing the inside of the valve cylinder has an outlet opening. The piezoelectric actuator opens and closes the inlet opening. The ventilation passage makes the internal space communicate with the outside.
