PURPOSE:To convert incident light to the light having an optional waveform distribution by bonding and loading a solid-state image pickup element composed by forming a photoelectric converting element at a transparent insulating substrate onto a transparent loading substrate to provide a colored organic resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric converting element 15 is formed on a transparent insulating substrate 14, and fixed at a transparent loading substrate 11, in which a colored organic resin layer 12 is formed, by transparent adhesives 13. By using the organic resin colored beforehand, a colored organic resin layer of the thickness desired by printing,etc., is formed. Light 16, after it passes through the transparent loading substrate 11 and passes the colored organic resin layer, comes to be the light having a desired spectral characteristic and is made on the photoelectric converting element. Further, the desired spectral characteristic at the desired place can be held by the printing, etc. In order to select the readable color, a special color is hated, and then, a resin sheet may be used to form a whole surface equal layer. |
