<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain presentation contents in a conference. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP (Multi Function Peripheral), when receiving presentation page information from a PC operated by a presenter (S12), transmits presentation page data specified by the presentation page information to PCs operated by participants (S14) and, when receiving demand page information from specified participant devices among the PCs operated by the participants (S15), transmits the demand page data specified by the demand page information to the specified participant devices (S19).
