<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video conference system displaying a common image relating to text data, as well, while displaying video images, respectively at the respective display devices of respective terminal devices, thereby smoothly advancing a conference. <P>SOLUTION: The video conference system 100 includes the plurality of terminal devices 10 connected through a prescribed communication network 90 and each provided with a monitor 30 for displaying the video images based on video signals. In the video conference system, each terminal device 10 includes: a keyboard 70 capable of inputting the text data; a reception means for receiving the input and editing of the text data by the keyboard 70; a transmission means for transmitting the character information and display position information of the text data received by the reception means to other terminal devices; and an OSD display means for displaying the text data and OSD images, based on the information transmitted from the other terminal devices on the monitor 30, while displaying the video images based on the video signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
