摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive method of obtaining an excellent coating film having the functionality to satisfy the requests by executing the impact-sintering and coating at low temperature, because there is a problem that in manufacturing a ceramic coating film by the impact-sintering and coating by using ceramic powder, the flame temperature reaches 15,000-30,000&deg;C in the plasma thermal spraying, or the flame temperature reaches 2,200-3,400&deg;C in the conventional flame thermal spraying and the coating film transformed and having different composition from that of thermal spraying powder is formed by that the powder may fuse, sublimate or decompose easily. <P>SOLUTION: Different from the conventional flame thermal spraying, combustion gas and slurry-like fine powder are jetted from a feed nozzle to the axis of the flame behind a combustion chamber of a gun, the amount of oxygen to be introduced in the combustion chamber and the volume of combustion gas to be introduced from the feed nozzle are adjusted to control the temperature of ceramic fine powder present in the flame.
