<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which detects accurately temperature of a pan and is improved in cooking performance. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker includes a top plate 2 to mount a heating object arranged on the upper side of a case 1 and includes a heating coil 3 formed in a ring shape in the case 1 underneath the top plate 2 and an inverter 15 to supply power to the heating coil 3. The heating cooker is installed with an inner temperature sensor 31d which is installed in the vicinity of the central part of the heating coil 3 and detects the lower side temperature of the top plate 2, outer temperature sensors 31e, etc. which are installed three pieces or more at the inner side than the outer circumference of the heatindgcoil 3 and detect the lower side temperature of the top plate 2, an infrared sensor 12 which is installed at the lower part in the vicinity of the central part of the heating coil 3 and detects infrared rays emitted from the heating object, and a control means 14 which controls the inverter 15 based on the detected signal of the inner temperature sensor 31d, the outer temperature sensors 31e, etc. and the infrared sensor 12, and heating controls the heating object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
