<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide video recording and playback equipment, a video recording method and a video playback method, capable of playing back video data of a program memorized in a material exchange format (MXF) file without playback delay. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to a video recording method for inputting and recording, from the outside, a format file of an MXF file which includes video data and metadata containing information about an identification tag attached to the video data to identify at least the video data and data size of the video data. The method includes: receiving the file from the outside; determining whether data contained in the file are video data or the metadata in order; analyzing a memory location, where the video data are memorized, in the file when determined as video data; memorizing the memory location in a playback information table for storing playback information corresponding to the file when the memory location, where the video data are stored, is analyzed; and storing the file corresponding to the playback information in a memory means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
