<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing gas spray device suitably used as a home-use, office-use or on-board simple fire extinguisher, effectively using fire extinguishing gas, surely extinguishing a fire at an initial stage, having a small size and light weight, being manufactured at a low cost and notifying the location of a fire extinguisher when a fire breaks out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fire extinguishing gas spray device is provided with a gas cylinder 9 filled with pressurized fire extinguishing gas and having a sealing plate 10 attached to its opening part, a case 1 for storing the gas cylinder 9, a seal breaking member 21 having a pointed end 21a for breaking a seal of a sealing plate 10, and a cylinder holder 12 detachably attached to a mouth part of the gas cylinder 9 and formed with a guide hole 14 movably storing the seal breaking member 21 in its inside. The guide hole 14 is provided to be communicable with a nozzle hole 19 opened to the outside. A control valve 20 is movably provided to a communication passage between the guide hole 14 and the nozzle hole 19.
