<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk capable of recording and reproducing digital animation information. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical disk records video information, and management information for managing the video information. A physical sector number PSN in 2k-byte units is applied to a region of the optical disk for recording the video information, and one of a logical sector number LSN and a logical block number LBN in 2k-byte units is correlated with the region to which the physical sector number PSN has been applied. Further, an address AVA in 32k-byte units is applied to a region in which the physical sector number PSN is correlated with the logical sector number LSN or the logical block number LBN.
