<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made jumping toy with high jumping ability, which is easily made of a sheet for a making work using a vulcanized fiber, and highly jumps when released after being pressurized with a finger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the paper-made jumping toy 1, a sheet type punched body with both-side surfaces, which is obtained by punching or cutting the sheet for a making work formed of the vulcanized fiber, includes: an upper half body 2; a lower half body 3; and a waist bending part 4 arranged between the upper and lower bodies 2, 3 and bent toward the backside in a shape with a curved cross section. The lower half body 3 includes: above-knee parts 3a; below-knee parts 3b; and knee bending parts 5 arranged between the above-knee and below-knee parts 3a, 3b and bent toward the front face in a shape with a curved cross section. The lower waist bending part 4 includes the centroid position of the whole sheet type punched body, and the knee bending parts 5 include the centroid position of the lower half body.
