<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-button unit, which is easy to manufacture with a simple structure by a push button, a frame body and a cushioning material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A guided part of the push button 3 is inserted along a guide part 24 of the frame body 2, and engaged with the guide part 24 of the frame body 2 with an allowance. The frame body 2 with the push button 3 incorporated thereto is fixed to a casing 1 and placed with the bottom surface of the casing 1 upward, and the cushioning material 4 is placed on the push button 3. The push button 3 includes an upper contact face 33b which disturbs upward displacement of the guided part and a lower contact surface 33c which disturbs downward displacement of the guided part 33, and the push button 3 is placed on the cushioning material 4 so as to separate the lower contact faces of the guided part and the guide part 24 to each other with a space equal to or larger than a pressing length. When the push button 3 is pressed down, the push button 3 is displaced downward while deforming the cushioning material 4, and then the push button 3 presses a pressing detection part 5.
