PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fastening work even from any direction, without holding an opposite side fastener by a pair of sandwiching bodies of one kind, in a fixture for sandwiching and fixing a construction material by the pair of sandwiching bodies via a fastener such as a nut. SOLUTION: This fixture includes a first sandwiching body 11 and a second sandwiching body 21 for sandwiching a flange 62 of shape steel 61, a bar-shaped body 2 having a male screw on an outside surface, a first nut 3 for interposedly pressing the first sandwiching body 11 and a second nut 4 for interposedly pressing the second sandwiching body 21 by threadedly engaging with the bar-shaped body 2. The respective sandwiching bodies have a penetrating part for penetrating the bar-shaped body 2, and have an engaging part 18 and an engaging part 29 for engaging with the nut threadedly engaged with the bar-shaped body 2 penetrating through the through-part.
