<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method not collecting excrements excreted by a pet on a walk directly with the hand by covering with paper or a plastic bag, but capable of easily collecting the excrements and suppressing whole refuse of the excrements and the paper, the plastic bags or the like as little as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An imitative triangle receptacle 1 having a flat base and a round upper part is relatively connected like a bivalve and a handle 2 is set in one body at the receptacle upper part. Further, elastic bands 5 for fixing the middle finger and the third finger are set on the one side body of the receptacle 1 and a cover 3 for covering the excrement-attached surface is set, as a swingable form, on the rim of the bottom of the opposite side body. A thumb-inserting hole 4 for hooking the thumb when opening/closing the receptacle 1 is bored on the cover 3.
