PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion pad to be manufactured with stable quality by preventing peeling between a small pad and a pad body, while reducing weight. SOLUTION: The cushion pad 10 includes: the pad body 12 made of a polyurethane foam which is formed by foam molding by injecting a polyurethane foam raw material M to a mold 50; the small pad 14 constituted of a lightweight resin foam molding body made of a polypropylene foam, and embedded in the rear surface of the pad body; and a fabric member 28 adhering to at least a part of the small pad with the use of an adhesive, and integrally fixed to the pad body by being impregnated with the polyurethane foam by the foam molding of the pad body.
