<p>End-capped, surface-modified, silica nanoparticles are described. The resulting treated, surface-modified nanoparticles, including such nanoparticles in a resin system, are also disclosed. Effects of such surface treatments on various properties of the resulting resin system, including blister-resistance, optical clarity, and rheology are included.</p> |
