PURPOSE: An agricultural and marine product packing box and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which make a pasteboard box strong and increase valid date of the agricultural and marine product. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural and marine product packing box is coated with environment-friendly paint. The environment-friendly paint is obtained by mixing charcoal dust, yellow soil powder, or jewel powder 60~70 parts by weight; organic adhesive 20~30 parts by weight; additive 10~20 parts by weight consisting of wetting agent, vertex, ammonia, alcohol, and pyroligneous liquor; potassium silicate and sodium silicate 5 parts by weight; and guar gum 3 parts by weight, drying the mixture, and pulverizing them.
