<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a conveying device which easily bites a sheet during biting of the sheet and hardly skews the sheet, by making the numbers of first supply means and separating means less that those of second supply means and separating means. CONSTITUTION:There are provided feed rollers 83, separating rollers 177 separating a sheet following up a sheet conveyed by the feed rollers 183, feed rollers 329 for conveying the sheet fed out while separated by the rollers 183, 177, and separating rollers 335 for separating a sheet following up a sheet conveyed by the rollers 239. The numbers of the feed rollers 183 and the separating rollers 177 for the primary separation are made to be greater than those of the feed rollers 329 and the separating rollers 353 for the secondary separation. Accordingly, the resistance between the feed rollers 183 and the separating rollers 177 is smaller than that between the feed rollers 329 and the separating rollers 353, and therefore, they easily bite a sheet and hardly skews the sheet during biting of the sheet. Further, since the feed rollers 329 and the separating rollers 353 carry out the secondary 329 and the separating rollers 353 carry out the secondary separation in such a condition they bite the sheet, and therefore, it is possible to obtain a conveying device which hardly skews a sheet even during secondary separation.</p> |
