PURPOSE:To release a molded product efficiently from a mold having an internal screw, by making use of mold release equipment performing a specific action after an injection molded product provided with the internal screw has been molded. CONSTITUTION:Directly after mold break after injection molding, an ejector plate 4 is stuck close to a mold fitting plate 2 at a position of a full line through an ejector rod 8. A compression spring 7 is compressed between the ejector plate 4 and mold fitting plate 2 and a molded product M is screwed in a screw mold 3 and fitted over a rotation stop part 6 of an ejector 5. Then the molded product M is pulled out from the screw mold 3 by turning a core 1 in the direction of an arrow. Then a rod 8 of ejector equipment 10 is moved backward, a thread of the screw mold 3 of the tip part of the core is run against the molded product M and the molded product M is separated forcibly from the ejector 5. |
