<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device and a display device of a drive apparatus capable of easily changing the position of the attachment/detachment port of the drive apparatus with respect to a package, and of preventing the drive apparatus from projecting out of the package in order not to impair the good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus configuration enables a user to change the position of an attachment/detachment surface 31 only by rotating operation to a drive apparatus 3, which is made possible by supporting the drive apparatus 3 so that the drive apparatus 3 may be rotational between a position where the attachment/detachment surface 31 of the drive apparatus 1 is exposed out of a first side 11 and a position where the same surface is exposed out of a second side 12. Then, the distance from the attachment/detachment surface 31 of the drive apparatus 3 is set to be the same as the distance (B) from the first side 11 and the second side 12 to the center of rotation. Furthermore, it is preferable to set the distance from the attachment/detachment surface 31 of the drive apparatus 3 to the center of rotation to be the distance (B).
