<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management system accurately obtaining access of a vehicle and a user, and preventing crime in a parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: IC card readers 1-1 to 1-3 are provided in all entrances of the parking lot such as an entrance gate 6, an exit gate 7, and a side entrance 8, to read license numbers from driver's licenses carried by all persons entering/exiting on foot or by vehicles. DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) wireless parts 2-1 to 2-3 are provided in the entrance gate 6, the exit gate 7, and a cabin 9, to read a vehicle identification number from an in-vehicle device equipped in the vehicle. A server device 10 associates driver's license information with the vehicle identification number, and manages them as a vehicle log to prohibit a person except a driver from entering/exiting to/from the parking lot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
