<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve open voltage, short-circuit current and curvilinear factor so as to enhance conversion efficiency in a thin-film photoelectric converter provided with a transparent conductive film, a photoelectric conversion unit and a rear-surface electrode layer by using a zinc oxide film having a high work function or using the zinc oxide film as a transparent conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive film provided with zinc oxide on the uppermost surface, the zinc oxide layer contains Ga (gallium) or Zr (zircon), so that a transparent conductive film 13 having increased work function is formed. In addition, the transparent conductive film is employed for a thin-film photoelectric converter, so that an appropriate bonding interface can be formed between the photoelectric conversion layer and the transparent conductive film. Thus, open voltage is improved. Since it becomes unnecessary to insert a contact layer, an optical absorption loss decreases, and high short-circuit current density and curvilinear factor can establish high conversion efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
