<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing fine polyimide powder with high accuracy in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing polyimide powder comprises exposing a polyimide processed product such as a polyimide film or sheet to high-temperature atmosphere of 350°C or higher for heat-treatment and grinding the heat-treated product. A waste film or sheet generated in a manufacturing site can also be used as the polyimide film or sheet. A molded product obtained by molding a resin composition in which the polyimide powder is blended is excellent in surface appearance characteristics, elongation at break, and heat resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
