PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry out a prize exchange processing, and to prevent fraudulence such as stealing fractions of game media transferred to a game parlor free. SOLUTION: The exchange managing system 1 includes at least a counting device 10 for counting game media and a prize exchange device 20 for executing prescribed prize exchange processing. The counting device 10 has a touch panel 12 permitting selection of a mode of processing fractions of game media generated from the prize exchange, and outputs fraction processing information representing the selected mode of processing the fractions of game media to outside as a signal and a receipt 40.
