PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urea grease composition which is produced by using a normal grease production facility having no special kneading unit for dispersing a thickening agent or no autoclave and which is excellent ratio in thickening efficiency, in which oil is hardly separated at high temperature, and which is excellent in acoustic performance, friction properties and wear properties. SOLUTION: The urea grease composition is one, wherein any of (1) a mixture of the compound (a) and the compound (b), in which the compound (a) accounts for 20-80 mol% of the total amount of the compound (a) and the compound (b), (2) a mixture formed by mixing the compound (c) with the mixture (1), and the compound (c) alone, is incorporated by 2-30 wt.% in the mineral oil or synthetic oil having≤100 mm<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 100°C or mixed oil thereof (with the proviso that mineral oil having 10.12 mm<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 100°C, alkyl diphenyl ether oil having 12.69 mm<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 100°C and polyα-olefin oil having 12.70 mm<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 100°C are excluded) where the compounds are represented by general formulae (a) R<SB>1</SB>NHCONHR<SB>2</SB>NHCONHR<SB>1</SB>, (b) R<SB>3</SB>NHCONHR<SB>2</SB>NHCONHR<SB>3</SB>, and (c) R<SB>1</SB>NHCONHR<SB>2</SB>NHCONHR<SB>3</SB>(wherein R<SB>2</SB>is a diphenylmethane group; R<SB>1</SB>is a 6-10C saturated alkyl group; R<SB>3</SB>is 14-20C saturated and/or unsaturated alkyl groups wherein unsaturated components account for≥20 mol% of all alkyl groups).
