PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cosmetic material not only having appearance providing an impression of good wipeability, but also having good wipeability in use, good touch feeling and good sense of use hardly causing twisting. SOLUTION: In the sheet-like cosmetic material, a web layer A comprising a viscose rayon using cotton linters as a starting material as a constituent fiber, and a web B including a fusing fiber in a constituent fiber are laminated, and the constituent fibers of the web A and the web B are mutually interlaced to provide a spunlace nonwoven fabric. The spunlace nonwoven fabric and a heat-fusible sheet including the fusing fiber are laminated in order of web A/web B/heat-fusible sheet/web B/web A. The sheet material is constituted by integrating the laminate by forming a shape in which an uneven pattern is formed by hot embossing at least on one surface of the laminate.
