<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for fixing a ferrite core to an optimum position to be mounted to. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tool is made from a holding part having a hollow section to retain by regulating the movement of a member in which a cable penetrates to the hollow section, and a section 10 to be fixed connected to the holding part through a deflectable section, and fixed to a target to be mounted to. The holding part includes a central holding part 34 formed on the same plane as the section 10 to be fixed, and a pair of arm sections 35, 36 formed to be bent to both sides of the central holding part 34, having flexibility.
