<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation which removes skin stains accompanied with sunburn or aging, and further improves an effect for recovering the beautiful whiteness of the skins. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is the skin care preparation, characterized by containing 5.1 to 50 wt.% of an organic germanium compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>are each H, an alkyl group, or phenyl group) and 0.4 to 1.6 wt.% of a coenzyme represented by coenzyme Q10. The organic germanium compound is preferably ethylcarboxygermanium sesquioxide represented by the following formula: (GeCH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>COOH)<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>.
