<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle configured to reduce the weight of a running body 2 or a loading space 45 while allowing loading on the loading space 45 without highly raising a cargo 105. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The multipurpose vehicle includes an engine 5 loaded on the running body 2, a transmission case 7 transmitting rotation of the engine 5 to running wheels 3, 4, an steering wheel 24, an operator seat 26, and the loading space 45. It is composed such that the loading space 45 is movably loaded on the running body 2 via a flat belt body 110, a transfer mechanism 69 is provided for sliding the flat belt body 110 on the running body 2, and the loading space 45 is moved to a horizontal support position or a slanted support position of the running body 2 by operating the flat belt body 110 by the transfer mechanism 69.
