<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tie bar cutting die capable of unnecessitating any fine machining of an air passage or the like to a punch, and effectively removing cut scraps to prevent scrap-up. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tie bar cutting die includes an upper die 101 with a punch 112 for cutting a tie bar being fixed thereto, and a lower die 102 arranged opposite to the upper die 101 and having a punch hole 150H with a fore end of the punch 112 being advanced therein. The lower die 102 has an air jetting mechanism 150D capable of jetting out air from the outside of the punch 112 toward the fore end of the punch 112 advanced in the punch hole 150H.
