<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load fastening structure for a shoulder harness which attains various layouts according to the shapes of objects. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the structure, hook-shaped male parts 3, 4 of hook-and-loop fasteners are provided on vehicle inside surfaces 1a, 2a of a seat back 1 and a seat cushion 2 of a seat A for a passenger seat, respectively; and the loop-shaped female part 7 of the hook-and-loop fastener which is provided on the tongue plate 6 of the shoulder harness 5.
