PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-fluid device and a manufacturing method thereof efficiently and stably supplying a minute amount of fluid (mainly liquid) without requiring a liquid sending means like a micro-pump, being in a small size and easy in manufacturing complicated three-dimensional flow channels in an integrated structure. SOLUTION: The micro-fluid device 1 is composed of laminated sheet-like members 2-5. The respective sheet-like members 2-5 have fluid non-permeable parts 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B formed by filling a filler in a porous material and inhibiting permeation of fluid, and flow channels 6-11 consisting of the porous material and serving as regions allowing pass of fluid. The porous material forming the flow channels 6-11 allows movement of the fluid by the capillary flow in the porous structure of the flow channels. Thus, the flow channels are not clogged by bubbles, and efficiently and stably convey and supply even a minute amount of fluid, without requiring a liquid sending means like a micro-pump.
