<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace, when a ball stud or a ball housing which forms a ball joint is damaged or so defective, a damaged one. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This ball housing 20 has an opening 24 for inserting-extracting a spherical part 12 of the ball stud 10, and forms the spherical part 12 inserted and fitted from this opening 24 and a fitting recessed part 23 forming a spherical surface pair. The fitting recessed part 23 stores a slipping-out preventive ring 40 elastically diametrically expandable-contractible for preventing extraction of the spherical part 12 fitted to this part. A part of the fitting recessed part 23 is formed in an inner diameter for allowing the diametrical expansion of the slipping-out preventive ring 40 caused by the extraction of the spherical part 12 and allowing the extraction of the spherical part 12. A ring holding groove 27 is formed in an opening edge part for inserting a ring holder B for holding the slipping-out preventive ring 40 in an inner diameter position when extracting the spherical part 12 from the fitting recessed part 23.
