A respiration pattern of a patient is prepared in advance as the targeted respiration information defined at a cycle suitable for an operation cycle of a synchrotron, and then the patient is instructed about the targeted information. The patient intentionally adapts himself/herself to the information that he/she is instructed about, thereby a respiration timing of the patient becomes a state suitable for the operation of the synchrotron.
