DRILL FOR OPERATING IMPLANT

PURPOSE: An implant operational drill is provided to easily bore the alveolar bone and easily eliminate the alveolar bone piece created in a process of boring the alveolar bone. CONSTITUTION: The implant operational drill includes a perforated drill(200) for punching alveolar bones. The perforated drill includes a hole body(210) formed with a hollow cylindrical shape and having a cutter in an upper end; a female screw part(213) for catching the alveolar bone created during the boring process; a bonding body(220) in formed with a bonding groove combined with a tool of rotating the perforated drill; and a drill rod(230) expended from the bottom part of the bonding body and formed with a linking groove in the end part.
