PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability to electrostatic discharge by preventing circuit breakage due to electrostatic discharge from an analyte.

SOLUTION: A sensor array 4 includes a plurality of impedance detection regions 4B comprising a plurality of detection elements 1B arranged adjacently from one another and dispersed and arranged in regions except a center part P of the sensor array 4; separating regions 4C comprising a plurality of detection elements 1C arranged adjacently from one another and provided in such a way as to surround the whole circumferences of outer circumferential parts of the impedance detection regions 4B; and a capacitance detection region 4A comprising a plurality of detection elements 1A arranged adjacently from one another and provided in such a way as to surround the whole circumferences of outer circumferential parts of the separating regions 4C.
