PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack, which never causes the problem of adhesion of dust to the part of a cover seal covering a water wetting determination window, has satisfactory visibility of a water wetting determination seal, and allows confirmation of pasting of the cover seal to an outer package body. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 comprises a protection circuit board 3 disposed on one side surface of a unit cell 21, and a rectangular outer package frame 5 fitted thereto. The water wetting determination seal 4 is pasted to one end portion of the protection circuit board 3. A determination window 5c for exposing the seal 4 and a pasting confirmation window 5d are provided on one end side of a frame side part 5a of the outer package frame 5. The cover seal 6 includes an opaque substrate layer having a window part for exposing the seal 4, to both surfaces of which an adhesive is applied, and a light-transmitting protection layer superposed on one surface of the substrate layer.
