PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mite-proof composition having excellent adhesion efficiency of etoxazole to a textile product. SOLUTION: The mite-proof composition comprises an ingredient (a): 2-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-4-(2-ethoxy-4-tert-butylphenyl)-2-oxazoline (generic name: etoxazole), an ingredient (b): a polyoxyethylene castor oil or a polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil or a surfactant containing both, an ingredient (c): a first solvent comprising an aliphatic carboxylic acid ester, and an ingredient (d): a second solvent comprising a glycol monoether containing a mono(di)ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether such as diethylene glycol mono-2-ethylhexyl ether. The mite-proof composition is obtained by formulating 1 pt.mass of the ingredient (a) with the ingredient (b) in an amount of 0.2-2 pts.mass, the ingredient (c) in an amount of 2-15 pts.mass, and the ingredient (d) in an amount of 2-17 pts.mass.
