<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate an error relating to the control for vibration correction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This vibration evaluating circuit includes: an input means for inputting at least a correction target position of a vibration correcting part moved for correcting vibration and a corrected moving position of the vibration correcting part after being moved for correcting vibration; a calculating means for calculating a control error based on a difference between the correction target position input to the input part and the corrected moving position; a determination means for determining whether the control error calculated by the calculating means is larger or not than a predetermined allowable degree; and an output means for outputting the determination result of the determination means.
