<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning and fixing without biting and sticking. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A block (A) has a recessed groove and protrusions provided on both sides of the recessed groove formed on the block (A), and a body part. A block (B) has on its underside a recessed groove that has a thickness identical to the width of the recessed groove of the block (A) and a width larger than the thickness of the recessed groove of the block (A). The recessed groove of the block (B) is fitted to the recessed groove of the block (A) by engagement with both the protrusions of the block (A). The block (B) further has protrusions provided on both sides of the recessed groove and a body part. A tapered surface is provided at one edge in contact with the bottom surface of the recessed groove in the body part of the block (B) and at the other edge in contact with the inner side surface of the recessed groove in the protrusion in the block (A). The tapered surfaces are provided so that, in such a state that the recessed groove of the block (B) engages with the protruded groove of the block (A) and the side surface on the other side of the body part of the block (B) is abutted against one side where the side surface on the other side of the body part of the block (B) is in contact with the inner side surface of the protrusion on the other side of the block (A) and the tapered surface of the block (A), the tapered surface becomes a flank face for permitting the rotation of the block (B) with the one side as a rotational axis. The tapered surfaces satisfy a relationship of H1>H-H2 or H2>H-H1 wherein H1 represents the height of the tapered surface in the depth direction of the recessed groove in the block (A); H2 represents the height of the tapered surface in the depth direction of the recessed groove in the block (B); and H represents the depth of the recessed groove in the block (A).
